Logan Dilts came to I&D Consulting in 2020 and currently works as a Project Manager. His role focuses primarily on entitlements and permitting, but in reality, if there is any project that is especially complicated or weird, Logan is the man for the job.

What does your morning routine look like? Wake up, check my phone for a bit, make coffee if I’m in the mood, then start work for the day.
Coffee or tea? Coffee, but sparingly.
Cocktail of choice? Scotch, but with one giant ice cube.
When ordering Chipotle – brown or white rice? Brown.
What is your go-to trash fast food order? Taco Bell – Cheesy Gordita Crunch and a Baja Blast.
What do you do for fun? Mountain biking, riding ATV’s and street bikes, snowboarding, wakeboarding, flying freestyle FPV drones, traveling, and playing video games.
What book would you recommend to a friend? Fiction: A Song of Ice and Fire (still worth it even if you’ve seen Game of Thrones), or anything by Brandon Sanderson. Non-fiction: Anything by Sam Harris, Richard Dawkins, or Andrew Yang.
Where was your last vacation? Puerto Rico
What were you doing before coming to I&D? I was a Project Manager for a sign company.
Since we all work remotely, what is one thing you do when you need to step away for a few minutes and clear your head? I take the dogs for a walk.
What did you want to be when you grew up? A professional baseball player or an astronaut.
